Last Class 66 is named Evening Star

THE last Class 66 to be built for UK and European markets was named in a ceremony at the National Railway Museum, York, on May 10.

GB Railfreight loco No. 66779 was named Evening Star by Billy Ainsworth, CEO of loco manufacturer Progress Rail Services and Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD).
