MOSELEY Railway Trust (MRT) harked back to its roots during its September 21-22 50th anniversary celebration at Apedale Valley Light Railway by operating passenger rides on its ‘Field Railway’. BAGNALL 0-4-0ST Kidbrooke (2043/1917) from the Yaxham Light Railway and Leighton Buzzard Railway’s Baguley 0-4-0T Rishra (working on the ‘Garden’ line) appeared at Statfold Barn Railway’s September 7 event, which featured 15 locomotives in steam plus ex-Burton & Ashby 3ft-gauge tram and ‘Goose’ railcar. Quintet steam at Threlkeld museum’s August gala

THRELKELD Quarry and Mining Museum’s July 27-28 Annual Steam Gala featured four guest steam locomotives.
