Extensive flooding near the Severn Valley Railway can be seen in recent footage taken by Daniel Maxwell for the SVR.
The video was captured from a Severn Valley Railway train window on Tuesday, February 18.
The view shows how water-logged the fields have become between Bewdley and Bridgenorth in the aftermath of Storm Ciara and Storm Dennis.

Teams of railway volunteers and staff members have been working hard this week to ensure the railway can remain open for passengers throughout half-term; removing debris from the track and conducting regular inspections to make sure it is safe to travel.
A spokesperson for Severn Valley Railway said: “The message from the SVR is that they are very much open for business this half-term – running daily between Bridgnorth and Bewdley until Sunday as planned (there are no trains to and from Kidderminster due to work on Falling Sands Viaduct). There are also kids’ workshops at Kidderminster Station.”
Due to the railway being elevated, passengers can experience the real effects of the flooding and how it has changed the landscape throughout Severn Valley, providing some very dramatic views.
